1. The front and rear arches of the boiler adopt the "warm arch" structure. The arching of the arches not only increases the structural strength, but also stabilizes the temperature of the steam in the furnace arch.
2. The boiler adopts the independent air chamber structure with double-side air inlet, which can flexibly adjust the air volume and the wind pressure of each air chamber to effectively ensure the combustion effect of the fuel.
3. The boiler adopts push-pull gate ash cleaning device. The ram material is heat-resistant cast iron, which effectively prevents secondary combustion deformation and grate leakage.
4. The rear axle of the boiler grate is covered by a roller bearing structure, which avoids the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of the conventional sliding bearing.
5. The lower rail of the grate adopts the light rail “work” steel, which is wear-resistant and not easily deformed, which can greatly improve the reliability of the grate work.
6. The boiler is equipped with a grate, which is 500-1000mm longer than other manufacturers. This design prolongs the burning time of the fuel, reduces the carbon content of the slag, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
7. The furnace wall of the boiler uses light insulation material. This structural design reduces the heat absorption of the furnace wall and reduces the thermal inertia of the boiler, which makes the furnace temperature rise very fast.
Control system configuration instructions
Taking into account the different needs of users, the boiler's electrical control system provides both basic and standard options for users to choose when it is safe and convenient.
1. Basic. The basic power control system includes start-up, notification, and interlock control of all auxiliary motors, and manual control mode is configured. Users can switch control modes according to their needs. Key parameters such as drum pressure, boiler water level and exhaust temperature can be displayed on the human-computer interaction interface, which is convenient for users to monitor the operation of the boiler at any time. The adjustment system includes functions such as boiler water inlet and return adjustment, remote control of the draft fan damper, and stepless adjustment of the grate motor.
In addition, according to the relevant technical requirements in the "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations", the automatic alarm function is also set in the control system, including ultra-low water level alarm protection and steam over-pressure alarm protection.
2. Standard type. In addition to the above basic functions, the standard type control system also carries out related configuration according to the detection and monitoring requirements in JB/T10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers", making the detection and monitoring functions more comprehensive.
Normally the factory configuration is a basic control system. Standard configuration or other special requirements configuration requires user customization.

The coal-fired steam boiler produced by the company is a horizontal three-circuit boiler. The combustion process of the fuel can be briefly described as follows: the automatic feeding device can throw the biomass fuel into the furnace, and after the fuel is fully burned in the furnace, the high-temperature smoke enters the front smoke through two sets of airfoil flues arranged on both sides of the furnace. The box is then threaded into the rear smoke box through a threaded tube that is inserted into the drum. Then, it is drawn into the flue, dust collector and chimney by the induced draft fan, and finally discharged from the boiler. The boiler is safe and stable in operation, easy to operate, and low in failure rate. Due to its advantages of energy saving, fuel saving and low air pollution, it is widely used in printing and dyeing textile mills, schools, medical pharmaceutical factories, hotels, food processing, chemical plants, garment processing plants, steam washing workshops, etc.
