Product details: The biomass steam boiler boiler produced by the company is a horizontal quick-install boiler with a natural circulation. It uses biomass energy as fuel and can be divided into biomass steam boilers, biomass hot water boilers, biomass hot blast stoves, biomass heat transfer oil furnaces, vertical biomass boilers, and horizontal biomass boilers.
To facilitate the discharge of ash, a spiral slag machine is arranged at the rear of the boiler to achieve continuous cleaning. A dust collector is arranged in the flue of the boiler tail to ensure the environmental protection requirements of the emission of soot pollutants. A variety of advanced technologies are used in the boiler design process to effectively avoid boiler ash and coking, so that the boiler has strong continuous operation capability.
The biomass fired steam boiler consists of six parts,including feeding system, combustion system, ash removal system, air supply system, leading dust removal system, automatic control system.
1). Feeding system. It is mainly composed of feed bin, vibrating feeder, screw feeder, spiral feeding pipe, etc.;
2). Combustion system. Mainly composed of burners, fans, igniters, etc.;
3). Ash removal system. The boiler's own ash removal system can regularly clean the furnace and the smoke pipe to ensure that there is no ash deposit on the surface of the pipe, so that the boiler can operate efficiently and continuously;
4). Air supply system. The boiler adopts the integrated arrangement of the air supply system and the burner, and the air is sent to the furnace through the blower through the blower to achieve the function of conveying fuel and supporting combustion;
5). Leading dust removal system. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated after the completion of the combustion passes through the convective heat transfer in the pipe to enter the dust collector for purification, and finally is discharged by the chimney through the induced draft fan;
6). Automatic control system. The control system adopts high-brightness and full-English display mode. The PLC control system is used as the central control unit. The information exchange between the boilers is realized by man-machine dialogue mode, and the automatic operation of the BMF boiler is fully realized.
3. Product Features
Compared with traditional coal-fired steam boilers, the most important features of biomass boilers are regenerable. The boiler exhaust gas has little air pollution. It is quick to install and easy to use. The boiler body produced by the company adopts high-efficiency insulation material, the surface temperature of the boiler is low, and the heat loss is negligible. Produced in strict accordance with the specifications and standards, all pressure parts are made of high quality boiler steel. Each boiler undergoes rigorous inspection and testing before it leaves the factory, including hydrostatic testing and X-ray testing. The front part of the boiler is equipped with an inspection door and a fire hole, which is very convenient for maintenance.
Biomass boilers are roughly classified into two categories according to their use: one is a biomass thermal boiler and the other is a biomass electric boiler. The principle of the two is basically the same, both get energy through biomass fuel, the first one directly obtains heat energy, and the second one converts heat energy into electric energy. Among the two boilers, thermal boilers are the most widely used and the most mature. According to the volume classification of biomass thermal boilers, it can be divided into the following three forms:
1). Small biomass thermal energy boiler, suitable for heating and providing hot water for households.
2). Medium-sized biomass heat boiler. The use of solidified biomass fuels to provide hot water or steam is mostly used in the industry.
3). Large biomass thermal boiler. This type of emphasis emphasizes a centralized management and centralized control of thermal energy engineering. The boiler is one of the devices to ensure the normal operation of the entire biomass thermal energy project.
