1. Structural characteristics
The boiler type is a horizontal quick-install boiler, and the water circulation mode is natural circulation. The boiler heat exchange system is composed of a drum, a left and right header, and a water-cooled wall, and the main heating surface is designed to install a furnace water wall. In addition, the main heating section of the boiler is made of seamless steel pipe for 20# low and medium pressure boiler, and the drum is made of special steel plate for boiler. The left and right headers are made of seamless steel tubes.
2. Design Reasonable
The boiler furnace arch is made of refractory concrete. The rear arch is low and long, so the combustion effect is good. The two-wing flue and the side wall brick are made of refractory sintered brick. General refractory bricks are used for the front and rear walls of the boiler.
3. Soot emissions
The grate has a reasonable air distribution, the combustion chamber is large, and the coal type has strong applicability. Adapt to all types of bituminous or anthracite, mixed coal. The fuel is fully burned. Since the high-temperature flue gas will enter the settling chamber and then enter the flue from both sides, the exhaust and dust removal effect of the equipment is very good.

5. Simple Installation
The burning equipment is a quick-loading grate. The burning equipment is manufactured and installed in the factory, and it can be directly installed on the foundation after transportation to the construction site. The structure is reasonable and compact, and the steel consumption is low, so that the performance, weight and structure size of the boiler are obviously compared with the domestic products of the same capacity.
6. Energy saving and environmental protection.
The new gasification combustion technology is adopted, and the gasification rotary combustion chamber is installed, and the swirling secondary air distribution is built in, so that the fuel is burned more fully. At the same time, the efficient heat transfer element-threaded pipe is equipped with a reasonable flue gas flow rate to make the boiler more efficient. Thermal efficiency is as high as 85% or more. The fuel can also use the green renewable biomass wood pellet fuel promoted by the state. The CO2 reaches zero emission, the soot emission concentration is less than 50mg/m3, and the smoke emission indicators all meet the national first-class regional environmental protection standards.
7. Cost low
The fuel wood pellets used in the boiler itself are new environmentally friendly fuels supported by the state and are a renewable resource. It has the characteristics of high calorific value, low cost and wide source. Its operating cost is only one quarter of that of an electric boiler and less than one-half of that of a fuel (gas) boiler.
8. High degree of automation

The boiler is mainly composed of a casing, a furnace, a furnace top, a sealing ring, a water pipe and the like. The combustion chamber is arranged in the furnace, and the fuel is burned on the fixed grate and naturally ventilated. The flue gas flushes the water pipe in the furnace and is discharged to the outside through the chimney. In this coal-fired boiler, the furnace adopts a water-cooled elbow structure, which can increase the heating area, thereby effectively referring to thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
