Technical features
1. We can produces commercial oil fired boilers, in which the design capacity of steam boilers is 1-10t/h, the working pressure is 0.7-1.6Mpa, and the supply of hot water boilers is 0.7-7MW. The water supply temperature and the return water temperature of the steam boiler are 95 ° C and 70 ° C, respectively, and the water supply temperature and the return water temperature of the hot water boiler are 115 ° C and 70 ° C, respectively.

2. The commercial oil fired boilers adopts a wet back structure, which can be surrounded by water when the high temperature flue gas is used. This structure can not only improve the use efficiency of the heating surface, but also effectively avoid the damage of the smoke box.

3. Commercial oil fired boilers use a three-return design structure, to maximize the use of heat in the boiler, while effectively saving fuel.

4. Operational safety. The oil steam boiler has six kinds of protection measures such as over-temperature, over-pressure, water shortage, leak detection and flameout. It also has 8 pressure protection functions and a fully automatic monitoring system to ensure the safe operation of the boiler;

5. Less pollution. The oil steam boiler uses low-nitrogen FGR combustion technology to effectively reduce sulfide emissions and reduce air pollution.

6. High degree of automation: digital integrated controller, which can set the automatic combustion condition of the controller according to the user, easy to operate, automatic ignition, monitor the operation of the boiler in the whole process, and reduce the workload of the operator.
