1. The boiler furnace is designed as a full water cooled combustion chamber. The left and right membrane walls extend all the way to the upper surface of the grate, and the water-cooled furnace is formed with the water-cooled arches before and after, which increases the radiation heating surface of the furnace and improves the working efficiency of the boiler.
2. The pipe at the bottom of the drum and the headers on both sides constitute the rear arch pipe, which successfully solved the reduction of the height of the boiler and improved the space utilization inside the boiler.
3. The whole boiler adopts low thermal inertia design. The overall efficiency of the boiler is more compact, and the heat radiation area of the furnace is increased by more than 50%. At the same time, the use of the light furnace wall reduces the thermal inertia of the boiler by 70%, improves the combustion efficiency, and makes the boiler load adjustment more flexible.
4. The boiler body adopts a membrane type water wall completely sealed structure. The boiler's sealing performance is greatly improved, the heat loss is reduced, the boiler thermal efficiency is further improved, and the working environment of the boiler room is improved.
5. The grate adopts the contact type lower sealing structure to solve the uneven burning of fuel caused by grate and air leakage.
Structural design of coal-fired steam boiler
The boiler consists of a pot and a water-cooled wall tube on both sides to form a furnace and a convection flue. The front chamber is composed of four shed tubes and a front tube sheet. A thread convection pipe is installed inside the drum. The chain grate is located in the lower part of the water cooling system and serves as the base to support the weight of the entire boiler. From the overall structure classification, the boiler can be divided into two parts: the water cooling system and the combustion system.
1. Water cooling system part
The water cooling system consists of three natural circulation loops. In order to reduce the inlet smoke temperature of the front tube sheet, the water-cooled wall tubes on both sides constitute the convection flue heat absorption. The drum has two design modes: continuous sewage discharge and regular sewage discharge. There are regular drain valves on the headers on both sides. The economizer at the end of the boiler is designed with a cast iron streamline. The water supply pipeline and the flue gas pipeline adopt a countercurrent arrangement.
The feed water enters the drum through the economizer, a part of which enters the circulation riser of the two side tanks and enters the drum, and the other part is heated by the threaded pipe in the drum and naturally separates the steam. The steam in the drum is led out by the main air valve. The bottom part of the cylinder directly in contact with the flame is insulated by heat insulating material, which further improves the safety of the steam system.
The furnace wall is made of light refractory bricks and refractory concrete. The outside is made of sapphire concrete insulation. The outermost layer is made of new slats and the appearance is neat and beautiful.
2. Burning system part
The combustion system includes a coal hopper, a chain grate, and a speed control box.The boiler adopts a large chain grate, which has good ventilation effect and convenient loading and unloading. The grate adopts a new type of lower sealing contact side seal, and the side seal portion is displaced to the lower part of the grate piece, so that the part is always treated in the air-cooled state, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of burning, fuel leakage and air leakage. At the same time, the header is placed above the side seal, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of coking failure.
There is a separate air chamber under the grate, and the boiler can automatically adjust the intake air according to the combustion situation. The air intake mode is the air intake on the left side of the tail, and the air distribution door of each air chamber is adjusted by double baffles, so that the wind pressures in the wind chamber are substantially equal. The cleaning device adopts push-pull gate design, which can effectively prevent the grate from leaking air; the secondary air is in the upper part of the front arch above the grate, and supplies air to the space above the grate, effectively supplementing the shortage of primary air. When the boiler is running, the fuel is evenly laid on the grate to form a layer, mixed with the primary air, and the drying, pyrolysis, combustion and reduction processes are sequentially performed. The combustible gas and the secondary air are mixed and burned in the space above the grate, and the combustion is sufficient, and the fuel utilization rate is high. A coal hopper and a coal gate are provided at the front of the furnace to adjust the thickness of the fuel layer on the grate. The gearbox controls the speed at which the grate operates, effectively controlling the fuel's combustion efficiency.
