Product industrial biomass boiler's fuel enters the hopper through the feeding machine and starts to burn after reaching the chain grate. Observation doors are provided on the rear panel and on both sides of the grate for easy observation and maintenance. The hot air heated by the air pre-heater enters the grate directly through the blower. This design facilitates the full combustion of the fuel in the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion enters the convection tube bundle section from the furnace, enters the air pre-heater and the dust collector, and finally the induced draft fan is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

High combustion efficiency
1. The furnace is a full water-cooled combustion chamber. This structure increases the heating surface of the furnace and increases the thermal efficiency.
2. The industrial biomass boiler's body adopts a membrane type full sealing structure. The industrial biomass boiler has good sealing performance and no air leakage, which reduces heat loss and smoke loss and improves thermal efficiency.
