Design features and benefits

The heat transfer oil is non-corrosive and does not freeze: the heat transfer oil does not corrode like the same scale. Since the heat transfer oil does not contain precipitated solid matter which is generated after being heated, it eliminates expensive water treatment facilities and costs for corrosion prevention equipment. Natural or synthetic heat transfer oils available on the market are resistant to freezing at low temperatures. The heat transfer oil furnace does not need high pressure: when the steam is at 170 ° C, the pressure is 100 PSIG. When the temperature rises to 300 ° C, the pressure can reach 1500 PSIG.
