Industrial thermal oil heater structure
1. YLW type chain grate industrial thermal oil heater is a horizontal multi-return pipe type new heat carrier furnace, in which a dense row of radiation heating pipes is arranged in the furnace.
2. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with dense convection tube bundles.
3. Industrial thermal oil heater adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper type slag discharging machine to realize automatic slag discharge.
4. Industrial thermal oil heater uses a new energy-saving technology furnace arch.
5. The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after entering the furnace, the flame is refracted upwards and then turned to the front smoke box through the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, and then the front smoke box is folded back into the inner tube bundle.
