1. Brief Introduction

The biomass boiler is a single-drum three-return hybrid boiler. The company specializes in fuel collection, transportation and delivery methods for different characteristics of biomass fuels. And for the structure of different boilers, configure the appropriate combustion system and air distribution. It solves the problems of coke in the furnace, insufficient fuel combustion and easy corrosion of the heated surface of the tail, which are often taken care of by traditional biomass boilers.

The three return process is as follows:


1, the biomass pellet fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after entering the furnace, the flue gas passes through the rear arch to enter the tail of the boiler (the first return journey).


2. the tail of the boiler passes through the convection flue before entering the boiler,The second (return).


3. then enters the rear smoke box through the threaded pipe bundle (third return), and finally enters the economizer.

The dust collector is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

Boiler fuel: waste wood, straw, bagasse, palm shell, biomass pellets, etc.

Combustion method: circulating fluidized bed, water-cooled vibrating grate, reciprocating grate, chain grate, (water-cooled) fixed grate, lower servo, etc.


2. Boiler features:
1). The boiler type is a horizontal quick-install boiler, and the water circulation mode is natural circulation. The boiler heat exchange system is composed of a drum, a left and right header, and a water-cooled wall, and the main heating surface is designed to install a furnace water wall. In addition, the main heating section of the boiler is made of seamless steel pipe for 20# low and medium pressure boiler, and the drum is made of special steel plate for boiler. The left and right headers are made of seamless steel tubes.
2). The upper furnace wall is assembled and factoryized by the factory. The lower furnace wall is composed of refractory bricks, silicate fiber and insulation material. The fuel enters the furnace through the gate, and the coal slag falls into the slag hopper during the operation of the grate. Finally discharged by the spiral slag machine.
3). The boiler is equipped with special combustion equipment. The layer combustion is the main combustion mode, which assists the suspension combustion or the laminar combustion and suspension combustion to ensure that the fuel is fully combusted and burned.
4). Reasonably arrange the heating surface of the boiler, the fuel can fully burn the aerodynamic field, and solve the problem of insufficient combustion and corrosion of the tail heating surface.
5). Reasonably design the boiler furnace, optimize the furnace outlet temperature and convection heating surface flow rate, reduce boiler ash or wear.
6). Avoid tube plate cracks: The flue of the boiler is designed on both sides of the main body, which not only allows the flue gas to smoothly enter the front smoke box, but also effectively reduces the temperature of the pipe and minimizes the crack of the boiler due to temperature stress. .
7). High degree of automation: digital integrated controller, can set the automatic controller combustion condition according to the user, easy to operate, automatic ignition, automatic feeding, automatic cleaning, gas boiler operation is equally convenient.


3. Description-----Introduction to boiler regulation system
1). Boiler steam pressure automatic adjustment system
The boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system control system enters the working state, and the system works normally when the combustion conditions are met. Once the steam pressure in the boiler is above the set upper pressure limit, the control system outputs a stop signal until the steam pressure returns to normal.
2). Water supply automatic control system
The water pump is started and the water supply system works normally. The water level difference sensor detects the water level signal and keeps the water level of the drum stable, thus maintaining normal steam generation. At the same time, the water level adjustment meter can clearly display the boiler water level.
