The amount of water in the boiler is reduced, and the control system automatically replenishes the water from the tank to the boiler through a supplementary pump.

The user needs to determine the heating power, just close the corresponding leakage circuit breaker.

The boiler body USES argon arc welding primer, manual welding cover surface, after X-ray inspection of the strict inspection.

1. PLC based electric hot water boiler controller is adopted, and LCD screen display with backlight lamp is built in, so that the operation status of the boiler can be clearly seen.
Boiler controller display function, control function is very complete.
All operations can be easily done by pressing a button.
2. When the electric heating pipe of the hot water boiler is ceramic material, the electric heating mode of "water and electricity separation" is adopted to completely separate the electric heating pipe and furnace water to ensure the safe operation of the boiler and facilitate maintenance and replacement of the heating pipe.
3. When the electric heating pipe of the hot water boiler is made of stainless steel, the "immersion" electric heating method is adopted to make the heating water of the furnace heat up quickly and efficiently. At the same time, the heating pipe is connected with the flange of the furnace body, which is easy to be cleaned and dismantled.
4. the user can be arbitrarily set between 30 ℃ -- 90 ℃ water, hot water boiler can be according to the requirements of users, timing and constant temperature heating to the heating circulation system or to provide users with industrial water.
5. High-power hot water boiler adopts stepping and time-sharing input mode to control the heating group.
The heating group can be randomly put into or stop working according to the change of load, which obviously reduces the impact on the power grid.
At the same time, the number of heating sections can be started or stopped manually, which is more convenient for users to adjust the electric power of the boiler.
