The horizontal chain grate coal fired thermal oil heater is a three-return heat carrier boiler. The coal fired thermal oil heater uses the light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, adopts blower and induced draft fan for rapid ventilation, and is equipped with a scraper type slag removing machine, and the slag can be automatically removed. Working process: the fuel enters the furnace from the grate for combustion, and the flame is refracted, and enters the front smoke box from the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, and then enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and finally is discharged from the chimney by the induced draft fan.
