The coal/biomass hot water boiler is composed of a furnace shell, a furnace, a flue, and a water interlayer. The fire tube hot water boiler assembly layout is as follows: the furnace is located at the lower part of the furnace shell; the lower end of the flue is connected to the upper end of the furnace; the water interlayer is located inside the furnace shell and between the furnace shell and the furnace and the fire tunnel. In addition, a water outlet and a water return are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the furnace shell, and a furnace mouth is installed beside the furnace shell in the middle of the furnace, and a smoke exhaust port is arranged at the top of the furnace shell.
