Air supply system

The function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and air volume to the combustion chamber. The main components of the system are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire pipe, damper controller, damper damper damper, and diffusion disk.

1. Shell: it is the main component of the installation bracket of each component of burner and the fresh air inlet passage.

From the appearance can be divided into two types of box and gun, most of the high-power burner USES split shell, generally gun type.

The shell is usually composed of high strength light alloy castings.

2. Fan motor: it mainly provides power for the operation of fan impeller and high-pressure oil pump, and some burners use separate motor to provide oil pump power.

Some small power burners use single-phase motor, relatively small power, most burners use three-phase motor, motor only in accordance with the direction of rotation can make the burner work normally.

It has the function of driving oil pump and air blade, and the motor generally turns 2800 (as shown in figure 1-2).

3. Fan impeller: through high-speed rotation, sufficient wind pressure is generated to overcome the resistance of furnace and chimney, and enough air is blown into the combustion chamber to meet the needs of combustion.

It is composed of cylindrical wheels with blades at a certain tilt Angle, and its composition material is generally high strength light alloy steel. All qualified fan impellers have good dynamic balance performance.

4. Air gun fire pipe: plays the role of guiding the air flow and stabilizing the wind pressure, is also a component of the air inlet passage, there is generally a jacket flange and furnace mouth connection.

Its composition material is generally high strength and high temperature resistant alloy steel.

It has the function of regulating wind speed.

5. Damper controller: is a driving device, through the mechanical link control damper damper plate rotation.

Generally, there are three kinds of manual adjustment, hydraulic drive controller and servo motor drive controller, the former works stably and is not prone to failure, the latter controls accurately and the air volume changes smoothly.

6. Damper damper: the main function is to adjust the size of the air inlet passage to control the size of the air intake.

Its composition material has alloy, alloy baffle has a single, double, three and other combination forms.

7. Diffusion disc: also known as stable flame disc, its special structure can produce rotating air flow, which is conducive to the full mixing of air and fuel, but also the role of regulating secondary air volume.

 

Adjustment of ZRDLE DUNGS valve:

Working principle:

1. This valve has two open positions and is equipped with a regulator to adjust the starting point of the hydraulic brake. This hydraulic brake is used to adjust the rapid opening of the first position.

2. After the first air release in the first position, the hydraulic brake starts to work and the control valve slowly opens.

The valve is also equipped with two gas flow regulators, one for primary fire and one for secondary fire.
